More about Alistair

Alistair is currently presenting a travel show for Sky called ‘OREGON UNCOVERED’ .Giving him the chance to combine his own ad lib style of humour in a unique and watchable way. It’s a 15 episode series uncovering the relatively untapped tourist opportunities found in Oregon, from flyfishing, white water rafting, wine tasting to name but a few. Alistair became the character ‘DREW’ to star in a ‘SPECSAVER’ advert and was recently seen in the ‘6PACK’ BURGER KING ad playing a football coach. He can also be seen presenting the highly successful selling DVD ‘BECKHAMANIA’. This exciting documentary profiling the life of Footballer DAVID BECKHAM is also playing on SKY TV.

ITV chose Alistair to host the promotional tour to launch the most stressful game show on TV ‘THE COLOUR OF MONEY’ Live versions of the TV show were played in leading shopping centres around the UK. Energy, quick wit and an unrivalled ability to ad lib, Alistair was chosen to host ITV’S top rated network music game show ‘KEYNOTES’ for five successful series.

Other television credits include ANGLIA TELEVISION’S weekly magazine programme ‘WEEKEND PLUS’ and for HTV ‘WHAT’S ON’ and ‘1ST CUT’ which gave Alistair the opportunity to fine tune his interviewing technique, ‘live’ studio and outside broadcast skills. Alistair also produced, directed and presented a series of holiday programmes called ‘DESTINATIONS’ for SKY TV. Always up for a laugh, Alistair appeared on ‘DALE’S WEDDING’ for BBC 3.

His great voice lends itself to radio. Alistair was regularly heard on LBC presenting a four-hour weekly talk show and a music show on NBC l06.4FM. Alistair toured with an INDEPENDENT RADIO road show sponsored by Philips, hosting on air broadcasts and presenting ‘live’ to large audiences around the country.

A natural ability to work and hold a live audience makes Alistair an attractive proposition to the corporate and commercial market. His clients include BOOTS, BT, BRITISH AIRWAYS, HEATHROW EXPRESS, LITTLEWOODS, MARS, MICROSOFT, NAT WEST LIFE, PEUGEOT, SAINSBURY’S HOMEBASE, SMITHS CRISPS, SONY AND VAUXHALL.
